Delivery and returns

Provincial regulation allows us to ship our products in Ontario only.

Soon after receiving your order, we will contact you in order to organize the delivery of your products. The person who will receive your shipment must be 19 years old at least. We will send you a message as soon as your products will be shipped.​

Delivery rates are the same for 6 and 12 bottle cases.

 

Toronto (postal codes starting with M)

  • One case: 10$

  • Two cases: 15$

  • Three cases and more: free delivery

 

Toronto Periphery

  • One case: 20$

  • Two cases: 25$

  • Three cases and more: free delivery

 

Elsewhere in Ontario

  • One case: 20$

  • Two cases: 30$

  • Three cases and more: 20$

 

Intrepid Wines will reimburse defective products (e.g., corked wine) without any charge. Bottles must be returned at least three quarters full, without any charge.
