Our Wines
How does Intrepid Wines select its wines?
-
We source wines produced from the so-called forgotten grape varietals (at this time in France and Italy)
-
The selected wines are either red, white, rosé, or sparkling, preferably single-varietal
-
For the so-called 'forgotten' grape varieties:
-
One wine per style in which the grape varietal is vinified (for example, a red Mollard and a rosé Mollard)
-
One producer per grape varietal, but more than one if required to cover the styles in which a grape varietal is vinified
-
-
For the so-called 'classic' grape varieties:
-
One wine per grape varietal
-
Chosen from the range of one of the producers of wines made from forgotten grape varietals
