Our Wines

Even though they have been used for centuries to make wine, the grape varieties that Intrepid Wines focuses on are actually new for North American consumers. This is why Intrepid Wines selects mainly varietal wines, that is, wines that are made from grapes of only one variety. When it is not possible to source a varietal wine from a grape variety, the wines that are selected are such that the particular rare grape variety that is showcased is the dominant grape in the blend.
