A structured white wine with a lively acidity that is made from the grape variety Sangiovese. Kalos kai Agathos can be drunk young or left to age, so that it develops new and very advantageous aromas. The special connection between variety and terroir allows to develop great complexity during aging, as does traditional red wine of Tuscany. That’s why Vernaccia is the queen of Tuscany, standing by side of the Tuscan kings that are the Sangiovese wines.
