A balanced and elegant rosé wine that is made from the very rare Mollard grape variertal. Fresh and delicious on the palate, it can be opened as an aperitif and kept throughout the meal.

    Colour : pale pink with delicate hints of light lychee, clear and bright


    Aromas : small red fruits (fresh strawberry and raspberry), and, upon aeration, a subtle touch of melon and a nostalgic note reminiscent of cotton candy

    Flavours :  red fruits, especially strawberry, with citrus notes dominated by grapefruit


    Sweetness : dry wine  (TBD g/L residual sugar)

    Alcohol  : medium (12,5 %)


    Body : light-bodied


    Finish  : fresh and delicate, lingering with a light note of orange peel
